We will have a limited quantity of our Northwest Arkansas pasture raised hogs for January 2026.  We will be accepting orders on a first come first serve basis.  Your deposit holds your whole or half hog.

If you miss our January order dates, don't worry! We will have plenty of opportunities throughout the year. Check back here or subscribe to our blog for the latest updates.

Our hogs have an average hanging weight of approximately 220 lbs, which includes all of the odds and ends. These items are part of your total price, but you are not required to take them. You decide whether you would like the odds and ends included with your order when we finalize your order details.

To secure your whole ($500) or half ($300) hog we require a deposit .  This will secure your hog on a first come first serve basis. Use the links below to process your deposit.  We will then contact you when your hog is at weight to finalize the details of your order.

You have a choice in natural or smoked ham and chops, with options in seasoning for sausages.  We will review the options and record your choices when we your hog is ready for processing.

We will contact you when your hog is at weight and confirm the specifics to customize your processing including natural or smoked options and seasoning where applicable.  We will let you know the final weight and remaining balance that is due prior to shipment.  Shipping fees will be provided prior to shipment.   You have a choice of natural or smoked for ham and bacon products, with additional flavor choices for pork sausage.  

We have partnered with one of the best USDA processors in the region to provide the best cuts, packaging and flavor profiles.   Each product is marked with weight and product name.

No additional charge for local delivery, freight charges passed on for all freezer packed shipments.
